Consignments and Guns Wanted

Spring & Fall Cataloged Collectors Firearms Auctions.

These include a full color print catalog with photos of all guns and complete descriptions. Full advertising in national print firearms media. All lots pictured & described on our top-rated website. These auctions are recommended for collector firearms.

Summer Shooters Gun Auction.
A more limited brochure is published, with basic listings of most lots, and only a few lots pictured. Nationally advertised, but smaller ads than our National Firearms Auctions. All lots are listed on the website. This type of auction may be acceptable for common sporting firearms & various low value non-gun lots that do not require national exposure, for the seller who desires a lower seller's commission.

We will sell entire collections or individual pieces in our live cataloged auctions.

Kull's Old Town Station will also buy outright if you prefer.

How Does It Work?

  1. Contact Dan Kull at (785) 862-8800 or e-mail
  2. Ship your guns to Kull's Old Town Station at 201 SE 59th St, Topeka KS 66619

    a. We can come pick up your collection if the size justifies the travel.

    b. Discuss before shipping.

    c. If for any reason your guns must be returned to you, return shipping is at your expense.  Modern guns must be returned c/o a local gun shop in your home state who will charge you a fee for the paperwork in returning your guns.

  3. If consigned to our Spring or Fall National Gun Auction, we will photograph & describe your guns for the printed auction catalog & website, usually including estimate of value. This requires some lead time, so ship early before the auction. Our Summer Regional Auction has a more limited brochure listing. The majority of guns will not be pictured in the brochure, and condition is not fully described.
  4. We sell your guns for you at our live auction.
  5. We send you a check for the gavel price of your gun, less our commission, within 45 days of the sale.
  6. The terms of the consignment are spelled out in detail on our consignment contract form. Seller's commission starts at 25% for our National Firearms Auctions, and can be considerably less for large collections or exceptional individual pieces. Regional Firearms Auction sellers' commissions are lower.
